Will I receive a box proof?
A: All box orders receive a digital proof for copy review. All box orders receive a color proof if requested.
What material can box be made from?
A: There are many box materials. General box materials are paper, plastic and wooden.
Is there a discount if I re-order my box?
A: Reordered boxes cost less than new box artwork. If you reorder your boxes, without changes, there are no plate charges or art setup fees.
How long will it take to get my box order?
A: Typical lead time is about 5-10 business days after we receive the signed box art proof.
What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept T/T, L/C, Credit card, PayPal.
How do I know my printing will be of good quality?
A: We guarantee your 100% satisfaction with our boxes. This guarantee covers the quality of the production and materials and does not cover spelling errors that are typed in by the customer. You can also request a Sample box pack, to see examples of our boxes.
I've placed my box order and/or approved the proof, but I need to make a change!
A: Because of our quick production turnaround, it may not be possible to make changes to your box order after you've approved the box proof. Please contact us if you need to make changes to your box.
How does Gold Box Printing ship my printed boxes?
A: Small orders of boxes are typically shipped by express, and we're happy to ship boxes using your UPS or FedEx account number if provided. Larger boxes orders are typically shipped by sea. Shipping cost is not included in the price of the boxes unless specified.
Can I track my box order?
A: Once your boxes are shipped you will receive an email with complete order information.
How much is shipping/handling?
A: Small orders shipping cost is calculated based on total weight of your shipment. Larger orders shipping cost is calculated based on total CBM. Shipping cost is not included in the price of the boxes unless specified.
